Slotorado terms and conditions for account use
Slotorado’s terms define the legal and financial rules behind every account. I focus on decisions that affect eligibility, verification, payments and access. Players should understand these conditions before registration or depositing.
How the agreement becomes binding
The agreement begins when a player registers and accepts the Terms and Conditions. It also incorporates other policies covering privacy, responsible gambling, cryptocurrencies, financial crime and winnings. Continued use of games, payments, promotions or account features confirms acceptance of those connected rules.
I recommend reading specific promotion or tournament conditions alongside the general terms. Special rules can add eligibility, timing, wagering or prize requirements for one offer. The general terms continue to apply where those special conditions do not replace them.
Operator, agent and licence
Slotorado is owned and operated by Azure Lane Limitada, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-940408. Infofoot Tech Ltd acts as the paying and operational agent from Cyprus. The single licence stated in the current Terms is Anjouan License No. ALSI-152312006-FI3.
These roles should not be treated as interchangeable. Azure Lane Limitada is the contracting operator, while Infofoot Tech Ltd supports payments and operations on its behalf. Account questions can be directed to [email protected] or the website chat.
Eligibility comes before access
Every account holder confirms being at least 19 years old. The player must also have legal capacity and comply with rules applying where they reside or connect. Loading the website successfully does not prove that gambling is permitted in that location.
Slotorado maintains restricted and prohibited territory lists and uses IP controls, KYC records and transaction monitoring. VPNs, proxies or similar tools used to bypass blocks may lead to permanent restriction. False location or identity information can also produce account closure, withheld funds or voided winnings.
Registration data must remain genuine
Players can register through Google or with an email address and phone number. Real-money access additionally requires a full name, permanent address and date of birth. The account name must match every card, bank account or wallet used for transactions.
Changes to personal details should be reported before a withdrawal or bonus becomes affected. Slotorado may independently verify deposits and information through third-party services. Incorrect data can delay payments, suspend promotional access or block the account.
Account opening checklist
A first account check should focus on identity consistency rather than promotional urgency. Each field may later be compared with verification documents and payment ownership evidence. Correcting an error early is easier than explaining it during withdrawal processing.
- Confirm the legal name and date of birth.
- Use a permanent residential address.
- Verify the email address and phone number.
- Create a private and unique password.
- Match all payment methods with the account name.
- Check whether the current location is permitted.
- Read the bonus conditions before activation.
One person, one personal account
Slotorado allows one gaming account per player. Account sharing, account transfers and access through another person’s credentials are prohibited. The registered user remains responsible for activity performed with voluntarily disclosed login details.
Duplicate accounts can be restricted while deposits, bonuses and winnings are examined. Connected promotional rewards may be removed when multi-accounting is confirmed. An accidental duplicate should be disclosed before additional deposits or bets are made.
Verification follows clear trigger points
Full verification is required before the first withdrawal. It is also mandatory when cumulative deposits reach the equivalent of USD 10,000. Deposits and withdrawals stop at that threshold until all required documents are approved.
Verification covers email, telephone, identity, residential address and payment method ownership. Slotorado uses KYCAID and may request video identification or source-of-funds evidence. Documents must be genuine, readable, current and submitted through the requested channel.
Evidence that may be requested
The required file depends on the information or payment method being verified. Address evidence must normally be no more than six months old. Payment records should reveal ownership without exposing unnecessary security data.
| Verification Area | Accepted Examples | Important Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Passport, driver’s licence or ID card | Valid government document with a photograph |
| Address | Bank statement, utility bill, government letter or lease | Issued within six months |
| Interac | Bank statement or online banking screenshot | Full name and recent deposit in one image |
| Payment card | Front and back card images | Cover the middle digits and CVC or CVV |
| Bank transfer | Bank statement | Full name and recent deposit visible |
| Cryptocurrency | Screenshot or statement | Transaction ID and full name included |
Deposits are not bank savings
The gaming account is not a bank account and pays no interest. Slotorado uses C$ and EUR as internal operating currencies, while conversions may change the amount charged externally. The minimum single deposit is C$20, with a stated platform deposit commission of 0%.
Only the account holder may fund the balance. Deposits from relatives, spouses, friends or business contacts can be reversed, and associated winnings may be annulled. Cash is not accepted, and completed transactions generally cannot be cancelled.
Withdrawals follow ownership and wagering checks
A withdrawal request must be submitted through the Cashier. It requires completed verification, lawful funds and at least the minimum qualifying deposit after registration. The receiving method should normally be a previously used payment instrument in the player’s name.
Cash deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Otherwise, Slotorado may apply a 10% fee for using the platform without sufficient play. Requesting a withdrawal also forfeits activated bonuses and offered no-deposit bonuses.
Current financial thresholds
Planning a withdrawal requires more than knowing the available balance. Minimums, periodic limits and compliance checks can affect how much moves at one time. Provider processing begins only after Slotorado finishes its own assessment.
| Rule | Current Term |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | C$20 |
| Minimum withdrawal | C$50 |
| Daily withdrawal limit | C$1,000 |
| Weekly withdrawal limit | C$3,000 |
| Monthly withdrawal limit | C$10,000 |
| Additional transaction audit | Up to two business days |
| Internal withdrawal processing | Up to 48 hours |
| AML-related investigation | Up to 30 days |
Approved payment speed varies after internal processing. The winnings policy states typical delivery within 24 hours for e-wallets and cryptocurrencies, three to five business days for cards, and three to seven business days for bank transfers. Delays caused by payment providers or intermediary banks remain outside Slotorado’s direct control.
Cryptocurrency has separate conditions
Slotorado lists BTC, ETH, LTC and supported Tether networks among its payment options. Players must select the correct currency, network and minimum amount before transferring funds. Incorrect transfers may not be credited or recoverable.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals normally return through the same cryptocurrency used for depositing. The platform does not provide an exchange service between digital assets. Cryptocurrency deposits cannot be used to redeem bonuses under the current terms.
Bonus funds are conditional balances
A bonus may follow registration, verification, a deposit or another qualifying action. Wagering requirements determine when bonus funds or free-spin winnings can move into the cash balance. Maximum stakes, eligible games and expiry periods may add further restrictions.
I recommend saving the exact promotional rules accepted at activation. The visible reward headline does not replace its wagering and withdrawal conditions. A player who cannot confirm a material term should avoid committing money until support clarifies it.
Conduct that can restrict access
The terms prohibit fraud, stolen payment methods, account sharing, automated scripts, bots and exploitation of technical defects. Players must not manipulate transactions or use the platform to exchange money between payment systems. Suspected misconduct can trigger payment cancellation, account suspension and reporting to authorities.
Slotorado may also request certified or notarized identification within a stated period. Failure to provide requested evidence can restrict account access. Bonus abuse may result in promotional balances being revoked.
Security responsibility remains personal
Players must keep passwords, connected email accounts and Google credentials confidential. Slotorado recommends avoiding public Wi-Fi, disabling browser password storage and enabling two-factor authentication for Google access. Support representatives should never ask for the gaming account password.
Unauthorized use should be reported immediately with any available evidence. Transactions completed with valid credentials may otherwise be treated as account activity. Lost access does not automatically create a right to compensation for missed games or promotions.
Dormancy and account closure
A positive-balance account becomes dormant after 12 consecutive months without login activity. Slotorado may charge C$5 monthly from the thirteenth month until reactivation or a zero balance. Reminder emails are stated to begin when the account becomes dormant.
Players may request account closure through support. Available funds can be returned after checks and applicable fees, while customer due diligence and transaction records remain stored for at least five years. Closing an account therefore does not create immediate deletion of every legal record.
Changes and service limitations
Slotorado can amend its Terms when services, rules or legal requirements change. Players should check the current version before a significant deposit, promotion or withdrawal. Continuing to use the platform after an update may indicate acceptance of the revised conditions.
Games and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Slotorado does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of every game. Liability can also be limited for failures involving payment providers, banks, internet services or other third parties.
